Export Quotations for Manufacturers

Do you know how to prepare an Export Quotation? If not, let us help by providing transport/freight costs to the overseas destination, including specific market costs/requirements and overseeing your Quotation format. Remember, if the ship sinks, whose goods are lost, buyer's or seller's? Get it right now and avoid the uncertainty and avoidable expense later.

Transport/Freight Costs

We can provide freight or transport costs to the final destination on request for both full container loads (FCL) or groupage/part loads (LCL). Abnormal loads, large or awkward out of gauge shipments can be accommodated.

Cargo Insurance

Do you need or have you got cargo insurance? Generally, if you do not have your goods insured, they are not insured. We offer you cargo insurance cover at a premium to be agreed, depending on the final destination and type of cover required.

Getting Paid for Exports

We can greatly assist you to get paid for your exports. If payment to you is by Letter of Credit, we can raise all the L/C documentation, on your letter-headed paperwork, if required. Other payment methods are available.

Transport Documents

Know which transport document you need as it is very important and needs accurate and consistent data to speed your goods along, or, delay them if necessary. We will always advise you if you are in doubt.

Customs Clearance

We arrange both Export and Import Customs Clearance and related procedures if required.

Hidden Costs

As your forwarding agent, we would take an overall view of your transaction to ensure you do not suffer any unnecessary hidden costs. You are entitled to your profit margin without any "own goals" being scored.
